Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking.
If you cancel it will not be refunded.

Refundable Security/Damage Deposit
A £50 refundable security deposit is required for all bookings and is payable with the remaining balance payment.
The deposit is to cover any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning during your stay.
The deposit will be refunded within 1–2 days of departure, provided the caravan is left in good condition and all terms are adhered to.
Deductions will only be made where necessary and will be fully explained.

Full Payment
Full Payment is required 14 days before the holiday start date.
The £50 refundable security deposit must also be paid at this time.

Cancellation
Should you unfortunately have to cancel your holiday up to 24 hours before the start date, a full refund of all monies will be made less £50 as an admin charge.
If you need to unfortunately reduce your holiday after it has commenced, for any reason whatsoever, we are unable to refund any monies paid.

Booking and Occupancy
The caravan may only be occupied by the number of guests stated on your booking
Guests must comply with Billing Aquadrome site rules at all times - a copy can be found in the Welcome Pack in the caravan.

Billing Aquadrome Entertainment Passes
£5 per day per person as required. Children under 5 are free. We can help arrange these.
Passes are not refundable.

Parking
The caravan benefits from hardstanding parking for up to two cars directly next to the caravan.
Parking is for guests only and is provided at your own risk.
Please ensure vehicles are parked considerately and do not obstruct neighbouring caravans, roads, or access routes.
Additional vehicles must be parked in designated park areas in accordance with Billing Aquadrome site rules.

Motor Vehicles
Only private vehicles may be brought onto park.
No commercial vehicles, vans, wagons, touring caravans, motor homes, boats or trailers.

Pets/Allergies
Up to two dogs (other than any breeds subject to the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991) will be permitted.
Dogs must not be allowed in carpeted areas or on furnishings at any time.
The caravans are pet-friendly, after every stay, the caravan is carefully cleaned and prepared to a high standard. However, as it is a pet-friendly space, we can’t guarantee that all pet hair or allergens will be completely removed. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please keep this in mind when booking.

Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the caravan.
This includes e-cigarettes and disposable vapes.

VISOR
We do not accept bookings from or allow anyone to stay who has been listed on the Violent and Sex Offenders Register (or any register that supersedes this) or anyone who is subject to a Sexual Risk Order, Child Abduction Noticeorany similar order, court proceedings or register. By making a booking, you are confirming that no one in your party is or has been on any such register, subject to any such order or otherwise the subject of any such court proceedings.
